The site holds a 25 year power purchase agreement with a national utility, providing stable long term revenue. Capital is deployed into photovoltaic arrays, wind turbines and grid connection infrastructure. Once operational, the site is expected to generate 38 GWh annually, enough to power roughly 11,000 homes. Energy sales under the purchase agreement fund quarterly investor distributions. Production data is published monthly so investors can track output against projections.
