The Commercial Real Estate Fund acquires income producing office and retail assets in prime Dubai business districts. Target properties are fully tenanted buildings with multi year leases to established corporate occupiers.

Rental income provides the base return, while active asset management, lease renewals and selective refurbishments drive capital appreciation over the fund term. The portfolio is diversified across three districts to reduce concentration risk.

All assets are held through a regulated structure with independent valuations performed annually. Investors receive quarterly income distributions and a share of appreciation at exit.
